The Zerio system is designed to offer a radio solution for the smaller to medium sized properties.

The system is housed in a small and very aesthetically pleasing metal enclosure, offering both style and durability. With a maximum of 99 radio devices the system will be ideal for small to medium sized projects such as Guest Houses, Small Hotels, offices and other smaller commercial premises.

Example High Street Retail Shop (115m2):

System based on a call point (manual activation of fire alarm) at each entrance and six smoke detectors (four of which have built in sounders for notification of a fire condition). All installed in 1 day with no damage or mess to clear up afterwards. Each device contains a lithium battery designed to last anywhere up to seven years (with normal use).

The cost to install this system would be £2084.00 + VAT.

Annual servicing remains an additional cost after the first year at £260 + VAT excluding parts for four service visits plus access to our 24 hour call out service.
